Has dementia and has mobility problems.
Falls a lot.
I guess I really need someone who is willing to care for us both to some extent.
I am no longer able to handle the housework and it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to give him the care he needs.

Needs to have an upbeat personality and be able to coax him into doing the things he is still capable of doing for himself.
He is not very cooperative.
